NEIL ARCHER - Founding Partner

Neil Archer was born and educated in Australia, moving to Hong Kong with Reuters prior to running Dow Jones' sales business in Asia. He entered the recruitment world by joining Executive Access as a consultant focusing on investment banking.

In 1995 he set up Euro Search Asia and Euro Search International Inc. Within 3 years the company grew to 5 offices and 55 staff.

Neil was based in Hong Kong and Tokyo prior to moving to London in 1998.

Eighteen years executive search experience and a global knowledge of the fixed income, securitised products, credit derivatives and infrastructure arenas make Neil one of the leading consultants in his field.
