Since 2005 New Millennium Group has done considerable work for Global Hedge Fund, Proprietary Trading Desks and AlternativeInvestment Companies through our global offices in London, New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong. As investment strategies diversify and become more complicated, similar to our clients, we work opportunistically to develop expertise, knowledge networks and candidate pools in up and coming areas in order to learn during our own time and not yours.

In addition to opportunistic mapping we have built through our successful track record a large degree of technical knowledge, global network and reputation in alternatives space. This adds value to our search professionals in a market place where competition for exceptional candidates is fierce.

The Alternatives Team is made up of market leading executive search professionals who specialise in defined technical areas within the investment space and the larger financial institutions. This enables us to provide a higher level of technical and market knowledge across a variety of potential candidate pools.
